Bergen Reservoir Construction Project
Jefferson County, Colorado
This project consisted of rehabilitation of existing earthen dam, and included:
- Excavation of approximately 50,000 CY
- Placement of approximately 60,000 CY of embankment
- Placement of approximately 12,500 TN of riprap and bedding
- Cleaning, replacement, and extension of toe drains
- Installation of 24″ HDPE outfall pipe, sluice gate, and concrete outlet work structures
- Reservoir control and dewatering
- Dam instrumentation
- Site reclamation
